POLICY: Should a
resident's health deteriorate for any reason, including after a
hospital stay, the resident will be reassessed by the facility nurse to
determine what additional services the facility will need to provide the
resident. The resident will then be charges only for this services the
facility is licensed to provide. If the resident's physician orders home
health, the resident will be responsible for choosing an agency and for the
costs incurred.
